Friday the 27th was Damien's 27th birthday, so we had a small dinner party at my house. I made chicken with pears and hazelnuts and cheesecake. Jack was so excited about Damien's candles that he couldn't restrain himself and blew the candles out before we were even done singing, so we lit them again to let Damien have a turn.
